As moms, we want our children to grow up knowing they can be anything they want to be. We want them to do their best, be their best and be kind. (At least I do)

I have two girls of my own and while they are both different in their own ways, they are the same in that they are both beautiful but strong. Being tough doesn’t mean you have to be boy-ish. You can still be prissy and feminine while being strong and tough. This builds character and teaches them how to handle situations in life.

Sports are the perfect example of this. Softball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse or whatever sport they choose. Take the field and be a warrior. Be tough. Make amazing plays but show good sportsmanship. It’s just a game after all but plays at a level that when the game is over, win or lose, you can hold your head high. Take a shower, get dressed up in the new outfit, high heels, put on your makeup and be girly!!!

That’s what these pictures represent. The girly side yet the tough side of being a warrior!!!  They are so fun and a different kind of session for most of these girls. They have a blast dressing up but love showing the tough side thru the camera. We laugh and have a blast!!!
