HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
As soon as possible. I tend to book up at least 2-4 weeks in advance and much sooner during busy seasons and on weekends so call right away to ensure you get your desired date

I DON’T WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY, CAN I STILL GET GOOD PHOTOS?
In all honesty, you get what you pay for. If your friend’s sister’s cousin does photography for free, your photos will look like your friend’s sister’s cousin did them for free. If you are looking for quality, experience, and the peace of mind knowing you’ll have awesomely good photos, I am right for you.

DO WE COME TO YOUR STUDIO?
I photograph newborns in my home-based studio in Hampton. Weather Permitting family, maternity, and children sessions can be scheduled for outside during March – November.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?
I ask that you put forth your best effort to make sure your little one(s) is prepared on the day of the session. I realize children often have a mind of their own, but scheduling the session around naps and mealtimes is suggested.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHILD IS SICK?
Please reschedule. I want you to love your images, and sick, grumpy kids and photo sessions just don’t mix. I reserve plenty of time for rescheduling due to illness if need be. I also have 4 children at home so rescheduling in the event of illness is greatly appreciated.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY SESSION?
Expect to have a relaxed, FUN time. I approach each session differently in order to capture genuine expressions from your children. I will interact with your child(ren) and get to know them so they feel at ease and comfortable throughout the session. Don’t be surprised if I ask you to step away while I photograph your little one…it is often during those times when I am able to get the best interaction with your child.

HOW LONG WILL MY SESSION LAST?
Sessions generally last about an hour, but can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the needs of the child. It is recommended that only those who are to be photographed be present during your session. Too many people can distract children. Newborn sessions can last 3 hours or longer.

CAN OUR RELATIVES ORDER IMAGES TOO?
Sure…with my online ordering system it’s a piece of cake!

ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS?

While she’s flattered to receive so many requests, I do not offer wedding services at this time.
